INFINITY Lat Pulldown Cable Attachment

Introducing the Infinity Series by Bolt Fitness Supply – a premium collection of cable pulley attachments designed for infinite performance. Crafted from solid steel and featuring a medium grad knurling, the Infinity Series provides an ideal balance of grip and durability. The addition of an extra pivot point offers enhanced flexibility and a wider range of motion for the user. A lat pull-down cable attachment is one of three must-have attachments for gym owners with cable machines and functional trainers, the other two being the cable handle and the chinning bar. Lat pull-down bars are primarily used to train the muscles of the back, shoulders, and arms through a variety of pulling motions. Attach your lat pull-down bar to a cable that offers vertical resistance for pronated grip (palms facing down) lat pull downs. Attach it to a cable that offers horizontal resistance to perform wide (or narrow) grip rows, two compound exercises that engage all the muscles in the back, but especially the latissimus dorsi and the biceps.
