Online Inductive Acid-Alkaline Concentration Sensor

This digital conductivity sensor is equipped to measure and digitize conductivity, various salinity levels and concentrations of acids and alkalis.  With an integrated signal processing circuit and embedded MCU ASIC, this conductivity sensor overcomes previous sensor limitations. It is factory-calibrated, with the calibration values stored permanently within the probe, ensuring reliable performance over time. The sensor also includes a temperature compensation feature with direct digital output of temperature data. Applications: Chemical and Waste Water Facilities, River Water, Power Plants Models: 870009-CS: Standard polypropylene sensor (rated to 140º F / 60º C) 870009-CS2: Mid-range polypropylene sensor (rated to 212º F / 100º C) 870009-CS-PFA: Hi-Temp sensor with PFA coating (rated to 266º F / 130º C) Key Features: Exceptional performance in harsh chemical environments, with chemical-resistant materials that resist polarization and prevent grime buildup, making it suitable for high-acid environments like fuming sulfuric acid. Simple, wide-ranging installation options for versatile applications. High accuracy and stability, specifically designed for English acid concentration measurement. Advanced conductivity sensor technology eliminates clogging and polarization errors, ensuring reliable operation in environments prone to electrode blockage. Large aperture sensor design for long-term stability and robust performance. Compatible with various mounting brackets and bulkhead structures, allowing flexible installation across applications.
