Indian Monsoon Malabar coffee - yep, India grows coffee! This is a coffee you need to try out. It is harvested and then taken to the seaside to dry out and absorb the sea / salt air. This causes the bean to turn from green to almost a cream color. Once roasted, the coffee is nonacidic and has a salty undertone to it. Makes an awesome espresso shot.
