Incubator Ready Large Orbital Shaker

*Box Carrier and all accessories sold separately.  Eberbach’s E6145.IN Large Capacity Variable-Speed Incubator Ready Orbital Shaker is designed to be used in high humidity environmental environments and enclosures for rotary swirling action and used for bioprocessing, cell culturing, aeration in fermentations, and various other chemical mixing procedures.  The E6145.IN comes standard with a stainless steel exterior finish, and is IP65 rated and is considered cGMP suitable.  The E6145.IN is designed to handle larger load capacities (unit can accommodate loads up to 150 lbs). The orbital motion of the E6145.IN ensures efficient liquid mixing, particle suspension, and aeration. The E6145.IN allows high oxygen transfer rates with low shear forces not seen with other bioreactors which use propellers or impellers. The E6145.IN reduces stress on cells thanks to the swirling action of the shaker. This motion is particularly suitable for chromatography slurry preparation and cell cultivation applications. The E6145.IN uses Eberbach unique balanced bearing plates for a long-lasting smooth operation, repeatable motion with accurate control of the orbital speed and time duration. When used with optional biochemical sensors, the E6145.IN is ideal for scale-up fermentation, cultivation, and bio-processing applications. Like all Eberbach Shakers, these are simple to use and maintain. The eccentric drive is counterbalanced to assure smooth acceleration and minimal bearing wear. The E6145.IN has a factory set uniform 1.0” diameter orbit to ensure uniform agitation to all containers (other strokes are available upon request). The E6145.IN controller is connected with a 6ft cable and has a digital tachometer along with a digital countdown timer (HMI option is available).  The desired rate of rotation is adjusted from the speed control pad on the front panel and speed is monitored via tachometer. The digital countdown timer can be selected for timed operation or the unit can be used for constant operation. Standard Data export is optional by USB export to CSV file, other data transfer and machine integration is available optionally.  The E6145.IN is rated for continuous operation.  The E6145.IN has many options and accessories available, floor stands, large and small top box carriers (E6145.A.UBS & E6145.A.UBL), as well as double stacked box carriers for holding taller containers (E6145.A.UBS.DS), large and small Perforated platform for flask holders (E6145.A.PL & E6145.A.PS) and custom application specific tops available upon request.  All tops are sold separately, please see specifications for more. Specifications Speed: 30-320 rpm* Orbit: 0.75”, 1”, 2”, 3”, 25mm, 50mm Electrical: 115V 60Hz / 230V 50Hz Maximum Capacity: 150lbs / 70kg IP Rating IP65 Applications: cGMP suitable Large Capacity Orbital Shaker. Designed to operate inside large environmental chambers. Large volume chromatography resin re-suspension/slurry prep, Protein purification, Protein Expression, Protein Production, Antibody production, Cell culturing, aeration of fermentations, yeast propagation, single use bag mixing as an alternative to stirred tanks, thawing, shaking bioreactor / bioprocess, mixing chemical standards, and various other chemical mixing procedures where you do not want any chance at cross contamination or propeller/impeller blade shear forces *All machine speeds are dependent on the machine load capacity charts. Machine load capacity charts show machine operational speeds vs machine load in weight. The load center of gravity also needs to be taken into consideration.
