In the Balance

Life is often described as a choice between light and dark, strength and softness, holding on and letting go. Yet the truth is that most of us live somewhere in between. We carry joy alongside grief, certainty alongside doubt, and endings alongside beginnings. In the Balance was created as a reminder that wholeness is not found by choosing one side over the other, but by learning to hold both. The striking contrast within the stone reflects the ever-changing nature of life itself, where opposing forces meet, intertwine, and ultimately create something beautiful. Wrapped by hand in antiqued copper, each curve and spiral symbolizes movement, growth, and the delicate dance between opposing energies. Like the tides, the seasons, and the rhythms of our own lives, balance is not a destination but an ongoing practice. May this piece serve as a reminder that strength can coexist with tenderness, that light can be found within shadow, and that there is beauty in embracing every part of your journey.
