Imperial Yeast B64 Napoleon

Napoleon yeast produces very dry, crisp beers with nice citrus, estery aromatics. This yeast is an insane wort attenuator. Napoleon will annihilate the sugars in your saison and farmhouse beers even where other brewer strains have no interest. Yeast settling times can be longer than most and may require filtration to brighten beers.*NOTE:*During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.
