Add 2-4 ounces of filtered water, depending on the herb mixture's needs. Ensure the herbs are submerged in the liquid; add a fermenting weight if needed. Store the jar in a cool, dark place. Shake it daily to help extract the medicinal properties. After 4-6 weeks, strain the herbs through a fine mesh filter (e.g., nut milk bag), squeezing out as much liquid as possible. Optionally, for a double extraction, simmer the strained herbs in 1 cup of water for 20 minutes, then combine the decoction with the glycerin mixture. Transfer the combined tincture into dropper bottles or store in the jar. Instructions for Use: Take 1-2 dropperfuls 2-3 times a day, adding it to 6 oz. of filtered water. Use as part of your wellness routine for immune support, especially during the colder months. Storage: Store your tincture in a cool, dry place.
