Dance with the possibilities, be it brunch, Hospitality, or a midnight toast. Come on over: The founding American Mensa meeting took place on Sept. 30, 1960, at the Brooklyn home of Peter and Ines Sturgeon. How many members attended that first meeting? We introduce you to Gathering. This premium sparkling wine – meticulously and artfully made in the traditional champagne method – rivals anything found from the best Champagne houses in Épernay and Reims. Blended superbly from 100% Chardonnay, this magnificent Napa Valley Blanc de Blancs exhibits beautiful green apple and tropical notes in the aroma follow through in the mouth with a smooth fine mousse. This wine finishes with refreshing, lingering light tropical flavors that beg for another sip. Imagination: Imagination is the marriage of envisioned impossibilities and immovable nonconformity, driven by art, science, or just whimsy. Imagination inspires the journey, propels the search to conceive the inconceivable. Imagine the possibilities: Each year, the Mensa Foundation Scholarship Program awards more than $175,000 in assistance to college-bound students around the globe. Which longtime Mensa member and Foundation Trustee proposed the idea of the program? We introduce you to Imagination. Hailing from the cool and foggy climate for the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County, this beautiful medium-bodied wine was grown slowly to build intense flavors over time. This wine was aged in French oak and displays a beautiful balance of fruit, oak and liveliness on the palate and exhibits lush mango and toasted almond. Balanced fruit with tarte acidity makes this wine a classic example of Premium Russian River Chardonnay. Retail Price: $284.50 Great Minds Club Member Price: $227.60
