BOOK 1 "SCORPION"

Devin Booker gets into the Halloween spirit with subtle tribute to one of Arizona's spookiest native creatures on the next edition of his signature model, the Book 1 "Scorpion". Inspired by the Arizona Bark Scorpion (who's nearly impossible to see during the day, but glows under UV light), the shoe is dressed in a black patent leather upper with a iridescent rainbow finish and an allover scorpion print that glows under UV light. A Zoom Air unit in the heel pairs with a plush black foam midsole and midfoot plate for cushioned responsiveness. The design is filled with personal details like the "Chapter One" embroidered on the heel and his family's initials on the inside of the tongue. Ecto-plasmic Book 1 branding on the tongue tag, a barcode with his jersey number and the zip codes for Phoenix and his hometown of Grand Rapids on the insole, and a glow-in-the-dark semi-translucent outsole completes the spooky aesthetic.
