Illinois PUC Broker License Application Guide (Electric)

This PDF guide provides detailed state commission instructions on the procedures for a broker completing and submitting a license/certification application as a license / certification is required before marketing to, and serving, any customers. * Many administrative rules and statutory provisions remain the same year after year. Earth Etch regularly monitors for relevant rule and statutory changes that might impact our audits, guides, and other products. An older "last verified date" on an audit, guide or other Earth Etch product does not necessarily mean that content is inaccurate or outdated for your use. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Earth Etch, and we'll be glad to answer them for you.
