USB and S/PDIF outputs use a femto-precision clock combined with Active Noise Cancellation and iPurification tech respectively, for ultra-low distortion performance . User-selectable Exclusive Modes shut down unnecessary OS processes to minimise software noise and jitter. Studio-Grade Restoration for any DAC. The ZEN Stream is the latest in iFi’s lineup to incorporate JVCKENWOOD’s K2 Technology , which takes the often cold, clinical character of many modern recordings, then restores harmonic content lost in post-production or encoding, while maintaining the tracks’ original sample rate. The result is renewed depth, nuance and musicality - a truer representation of the original master, and of the artists’ and engineers’ intent. Previously available exclusively to select iFi audio DACs, any DAC connected to a ZEN Stream can now enjoy the incredible benefits of K2 Technology.
