iFi Audio SilentPower Nova Active Power Cable

iFi Audio Nova Power Cable The Nova cable is meticulously engineered, featuring five conductors made from heavy-gauge, continuous-cast OFHC (Oxygen-Free High Thermal Conductivity) copper, arranged in a geometrically balanced configuration—an exceptional feature at this price point. Two pairs of live and neutral conductors flank the earth conductor at the center of the cable. Additionally, a pair of air-dielectric delineators, polymer matrix tubes filled with air, are positioned on either side of the earth conductor, enhancing the cable's dielectric performance and structural integrity. The cable's design is completed with a durable yet flexible polymer outer sheath and iFi's audiophile-grade connectors, featuring 24ct gold-plated oxygen-free copper conductors. Ground Zero: Purity and Silence The Nova power cable is a marvel of design, with five conductors arranged in a geometrically balanced configuration. The live and neutral conductors are precisely positioned on either side of the earth conductor, forming a truly balanced configuration, effectively canceling out magnetic fields. This innovative approach, known as the Ground Zero design, results in pure and silent power delivery. The Nova power cable boasts constant impedance and superior rejection of EMI/RFI, ensuring that the purity of mains electricity remains intact, benefitting every component in an audio or AV system. The Do-It-All Active Power Cable By combining the Nova's advanced construction with Active Noise Cancellation II, iFi Audio introduces the SupaNova, a versatile and comprehensive clean-power cable solution. The SupaNova optimizes power delivery to individual audio/AV system components, eliminating the need for separate mains conditioning devices. The SupaNova's performance enhancements include greater clarity, improved definition, enhanced dynamics, and spatial qualities, all while preventing the softening of leading edges, timing, and dynamics that can occur with inferior mains filtering products. The Ground Zero design ensures that the grounding conductor within the cable remains unaffected by residual magnetism and unwanted induced voltage. This constant impedance design maintains the purity of mains electricity flowing into each piece of equipment in your audio system or AV setup. Balanced Power for Exceptional Sound The Nova power cable employs true geometrically balanced pairs, effectively canceling out magnetic fields caused by live and neutral conductors. This balanced power cable design is a key component in the Ground Zero approach, ensuring pristine power delivery. Additionally, the double circular helix power line design, with air-dielectric delineators, further enhances RFI/EMI rejection. Concurrent shielding for individual power lines makes this cable an outstanding constant impedance solution, perfectly insulated from EMI/RFI, ensuring clean electricity feeds your audio or AV system, ultimately improving sound quality and performance.
