Succulent, fleshy leaves are covered with frosted dew-like bubbles. Known as Ficoïde Glacial in French, the Ice Lettuce is often featured in gourmet seafood dishes. Has a slightly acidic salty tang with a hint of lemon. Use raw in salads for a crunchy refreshing addition, cook like spinach, pickle, or use your culinary creativity with this versatile green.
