This Adjustable ActiveX™ Pillow for Neck Pain Support & Pressure Relief designed to provide multiple options with maximum comfort and ultimate positioning. The Conform Pillow from Icare is the first fully adjustable pillow with multiple removable ActiveX™ core layers that you arrange, remove, or stack creating infinite configurations: one pillow becomes soft low-loft for stomach sleeping, firm high-loft for side sleeping, or custom-shaped for ear pressure relief and neck pain management. Guaranteed to suit every sleeper. Key Features: Feel Rating: Soft Loft: Variable low - high Dimensions: 24" × 16" × 6" First-of-its-kind fully adjustable modular layer construction,  Multiple removable ActiveX™ core modules Soft ActiveX™ core wrapped in peached cotton and microfiber Gentle pressure relief for sensitive skin Configures to suit every sleeper and sleeping position Modular shapes for positioning and comfort customization Ideal for ear pressure offload and excellent for neck pain relief Assists with positioning, alignment, and support Fits standard pillowcases Targeted Relief for Ears and Neck Side sleepers know ear pressure can ruin sleep. Remove the center layer and let your ear rest in a pressure-free space. For neck pain, add support right where your neck curves - or flatten it out if that feels better. The custom shaping adjusts to your body rather than forcing compromise. One Pillow That Covers Everything The adjustable layers provide multiple firmness and loft options, eliminating the need to purchase separate pillows for different sleeping positions, pain conditions, or partner preferences. Couples sharing beds customize each side differently: one partner removes layers for soft low support, the other keeps all layers for firm high support - all in a single pillow investment. Soft Feel Without Losing Support The soft ActiveX™ core modules wrapped in peached cotton and microfiber provide gentle surface comfort for pressure-sensitive skin, facial sensitivity, or post-surgical tenderness. The soft feel prevents the harsh contact pressure firm pillows create, while the adjustable layers prevents the neck strain ultra-soft pillows cause. Your Authorized Sleep Solutions Partner MedShop Direct ensures you receive authentic Icare Conform Pillow quality with advanced ActiveX™ and cooling gel technology. We understand that quality sleep determines daily energy, productivity, and health. This Adjustable Pillow is perfect for: Post-Surgical Recovery at Home (Ear, Facial, or Dental Procedures): Sleeping is difficult when any pressure hits the surgical area. Standard pillows barely help - they force contact no matter how you lie down, which leads to awkward positioning or sleeping upright. This adjustable pillow lets you remove the center layer to create a small gap, so the ear or face can rest without pressure while the surrounding layers support your head and neck. As healing progresses, you can reduce the depth of that gap or return to a normal setup. The soft outer fabric also helps prevent irritation on sensitive, healing skin. Long-Term Care Residents with Chronic Neck Pain: Facility pillows are usually one-size-fits-all, which doesn’t work for residents dealing with arthritis or ongoing neck pain. This pillow can be adjusted for each person: more support under the neck, less height if needed, or a setup that reduces pressure while side sleeping. Instead of replacing pillows as needs change, staff can simply reconfigure this one. It fits into standard pillowcases and laundry systems, making it practical for daily use. Chronic Neck Pain and Cervical Spine Conditions: Neck pain varies from person to person, and the right support angle makes a big difference. Too high or too flat can make things worse, and most pillows don’t give you a way to adjust. This one does. You can add or remove layers until the position feels right, or even adjust each side differently if the pain isn’t even. It also makes it easy to change things over time, more support during flare-ups, less when symptoms ease. Hospital Post-Operative Use: Hospitals deal with a wide range of recovery needs, from ear and facial procedures to neck surgeries. Instead of keeping different specialty pillows on hand, this one can be adjusted for each situation. It can be set up to relieve pressure, support the neck, or simply improve comfort depending on the patient. The height can also be changed to match different bed positions, and it can be quickly reset between patients. Physical Therapy and Recovery at Home: What happens between therapy sessions matters. If your sleeping position is off, it can slow down progress or bring the pain back. This pillow allows therapists to recommend a setup that supports proper alignment at home. You can then adjust it as your treatment progresses, keeping your neck in a better position throughout the night instead of undoing the work done during sessions. Positional Sleep Apnea (Side Sleeping Support): For people who need to stay on their side, the wrong pillow often leads to discomfort that causes them to roll onto their back. This pillow helps maintain a comfortable side-sleeping position by adjusting the height to fill the shoulder gap and reducing pressure on the ear. With the right setup, it’s easier to stay in position through the night, which can help reduce disruptions without relying only on other equipment. Warranty 2 Year Standard Warranty Standard warranty applies to side rails, pillows, cushions, comfort and positioning products. The warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear or misuse. More Information Colors between imagery and actual product may vary, due to manufacturing variations. ActiveX™ Material The main difference with the Icare pillows is the ActiveX™ material, which is a high-grade elastic type foam that is responsive to temperature. This material will become softer as it becomes warmer. This allows the pillow to cradle the head and neck to the exact shape of the user. Pillow Heights Pillow heights are an extremely important factor when choosing a pillow. This has a lot to do with alignment of neck and spine and an incorrect height can cause pain and sleep stress. The Icare pillows have a range of differing heights and shapes to suit as many users as possible. It is also important to remember that a pillow should to matched to a new mattress as different immersion levels can change the suitable height of the pillow.
