IceCap Nitrate Removal Filter Pad

The IceCap Nitrate Removal Filter Pad is a cut-to-size 10in x 18in pad built to trap debris while chemically reducing nitrate (NO3) as water flows through it, helping prevent nitrate poisoning and the algae growth that comes with chronically elevated nitrate. Dimensions: 10in x 18in, cut to fit your filter Best for: marine, freshwater, and pond systems Removes: nitrate and free-floating particulates Nitrate tends to creep up gradually rather than spike, so this pad works best as a steady, regularly-replaced part of your filtration rather than an emergency fix — swap it on a schedule rather than waiting for a test kit reading to prompt you. Pairs well with: IceCap Ammonia Removal, Phosphate Removal, and Carbon Infused filter pads for layered filtration.
