The IceCap Heater Controller connects up to two heating elements (sold separately) and gives you precise, accurate temperature control instead of relying on each heater's own built-in thermostat — useful since many bare titanium and glass heater elements have no thermostat at all. Capacity: dual grounded outputs, up to 1,000 watts combined Temperature range: 68-93°F (20-34°C) Resolution: 0.1°F/0.1°C Accuracy: ±1°F/±1°C Modes: on/off heating control Warranty: 1-year limited Running two heaters off one controller at half-wattage each (rather than one heater at full power) is a common reliability practice — if one element fails, the other still provides partial heating instead of the tank going fully cold.
