Plain Linear Bearing - EconoGlide IBMN12-01 12mm Open

EconoGlide open plain linear bearing with a 12mm ID, designed as a low-cost alternative to popular polymer-lined linear bearings for cleaner applications and easy-access machinery. Encased in an anodized aluminum shell, this standard-sized bearing uses a self-lubricating, injection-molded Frelon® IM liner made from grease-impregnated polymer material for smooth, quiet, maintenance-free motion without added lubrication. The open shell provides clearance for rail-supported round shafts and round profiled linear rails, while the liner helps damp vibration and move dust away from the shaft surface. Metric Series Open Max Static Load: 6,720 N Anodized aluminum shell (optional stainless steel) Frelon IM Liner: grease impregnated polymer material Temperature Rating: -58ºF/+194ºF (-50ºC/+90ºC) Vibration Damping: Ensures smooth and quiet operation Straight outer diameter Channels on the inner diameter funnel dust away from the shaft surface
