Ibex

Exceptional Sensitivity Built for modern bouldering, volume-heavy problems, and precise movement on technical terrain. The Butora IBEX is a soft performance climbing shoe designed for climbers who demand friction, flexibility, and precise foot control. Featuring Butora’s proprietary high-tack Neo FUSE2 Rubber, IBEX maximizes grip on slabs, volumes, and technical footholds, making it an excellent choice for modern bouldering and delicate movement. Its flexible construction allows the rubber to perform at its best, while a slightly stronger downturn and turn-in shape provide the precision needed for steeper terrain and powerful toe engagement. Designed for both sensitivity and comfort, IBEX offers a balanced feel that supports confident movement across a wide range of climbing styles. Available in both Narrow Fit (Low Volume) and Wide Fit (High Volume) profiles, IBEX allows climbers to choose the shape that best matches their foot structure for better comfort and performance. Inspired by the alpine ibex, the shoe reflects agility, precision, and adaptability — built for climbers who trust movement over force.
