I Believe in Me

I Believe in Me, written by an experienced mental health professional, gently guides children to speak aloud kind and positive affirmations, thereby building the foundation for a strong and healthy self-image. Through uplifting language and engaging prompts, children learn to see the best in themselves and embrace the unique traits that make them special. Charmingly illustrated, this interactive book is more than a fun read for your kids (though it is that too!). By teaching the power of affirmations, it will help foster confidence, kindness, and emotional resilience in your children, from the inside out. Includes the author’s guidance for parents on this important subject.
