I Am Honest Mala | Throat Chakra

The words I speak vibrate into the universe around me; the sounds and voices I hear inspire me as I listen intently. I speak from my heart to communicate wholesome truths to those around me. I try not let fear, anxiety, or unhealthy stress overwhelm my soul’s beautiful authenticity. The Throat Chakra is the gateway for communication, creativity, truthfulness and integrity. Mean what you say, speak from the heart, listen with kindness and express yourself fully. Aquamarine is helpful in interpreting how you feel while encouraging communication and speaking your truth, making it easier to see the big picture and gain closure. It is a wonderful stone for meditation and diminishing stress, fear and anxiety. Tassels symbolize the roots of the lotus, deeply grounded yet reaching toward the light of enlightenment. As individual strands unite into one, they serve as a reminder of our interconnectedness and shared journey. Gemstones: Faceted Aquamarine (108 8mm and 6mm beads, 12mm guru bead, 10mm counter beads) Hand-knotted with love on blue cord Tassel 3.5 inches
