Hypersimplex Earrings: Pink

Glimpse the fourth dimension with these hypersimplex earrings from our 4d collection. Just as an equilateral triangle has three corners that are all connected to each other, and a regular tetrahedron has four corners that are all connected to each other, the hypersimplex has five corners that are all connected to each other. In the fourth dimension, the five vertices would all be the same distance apart, but that is not possible in three dimensions. These earrings were designed in a computer using mathematical software and then brought to life using 3d printing technology.  Our nylon jewelry is created through a laser sintering process in which the model is fused together one layer at a time from white nylon powder. The jewelry is then dyed to give it its final color. Nylon earrings feature surgical steel earwire. I
