Details: Upper: The race-day focused upper removes every unnecessary gram while creating a seamless connection between shoe and runner. Silicone lace-sheaths and full TPU pressed construction deliver that locked-in feeling that builds confidence when every second counts. Midsole: DNA GOLD 100% PEBA cushioning represents Brooks' lightest, softest and most responsive foam ever created. Combined with the tuned carbon fiber SpeedVault+ Plate that's size-customized for optimal bending stiffness, this midsole setup delivers the propulsive energy that helps turn your training into breakthrough performances. Outsole: SpeedTack lightweight rubber provides just the right amount of grip where you need it most, keeping weight minimal while ensuring you stay connected to the road when you're pushing your limits. We recommend ordering Brooks running shoes 1/2 to one size larger than your dress shoe. Unisex sizes match men’s sizes per industry standard. If you prefer to convert between men’s and women’s shoes, take the women’s size and subtract 1.5 to find the men’s size. For example, a women’s size 8.5 is a men’s size 7.
