After 30+ years on the water, and countless hours in the sun, the original windshields that came with these boats are almost all due for replacement. Windshield 1/4" Acrylic drill bit Bottom gasket material *** IMPORTANT NOTES - READ THIS *** In order to make installation easier, you can place the windshield in direct sunlight for a couple of hours prior to installation. This will allow the acrylic to become more pliable and less susceptible to cracking. Acrylic is flexible right up until it's not - take your time with the process. You will need to drill mount holes in the bottom of the windshield that match the existing holes in your boat.  ONLY USE THE INCLUDED DRILL BIT TO DRILL THE MOUNTING HOLES. Using a standard drill bit on the windshield will cause the material to crack. Apply the gasket material to the bottom of the windshield, then use your fasteners to attach the windshield to the boat.
