HYDROS Control XS

The HYDROS Control XS by CoralVue is a compact, sensor-focused aquarium controller. Despite its small size, it handles the core jobs of a smart tank: it monitors temperature, senses leaks, controls equipment through HYDROS devices, and sends alerts. It's an ideal standalone controller for small-to-midsize saltwater or freshwater aquariums — and it drops easily into a larger HYDROS network. Key features Four Sense Ports — universal inputs that add temperature, water-level, leak, and other sensors in seconds, with no modules or coding. Two Command Bus ports — power and link the XS to other HYDROS controllers for a failsafe collective. Controls up to eight HYDROS WiFi devices — run pumps, heaters, lights, skimmers, and UV via the WiFi Power Strip or Smart Plug. Alerts and notifications — turn an unplugged cord or a leak into a minor heads-up instead of a disaster. Specifications Dimensions (L×W×H): 5″ × 2.7″ × 1.9″ Processor: fast dual-core 32-bit — on-device control decisions Health monitoring: internal voltages, currents, CPU status, and temperature Build: splash-proof and dust-resistant industrial enclosure Frequently asked questions Does the Control XS switch power outlets directly? The XS is sensor-focused — it controls power through HYDROS WiFi devices (like the WiFi Power Strip or Smart Plug) or another HYDROS controller such as the XP8. How many sensors can I add? Up to four at once, one per universal Sense Port, added in seconds with no extra modules. XS or X2?
