HYDROS Control XP8

The HYDROS Control XP8 by CoralVue is a smart, eight-outlet 120V AC power bar and full aquarium controller in one. Every outlet is individually controlled with its own power monitoring, built directly into the controller for maximum reliability. The XP8 is a complete HYDROS “brain” — it can share or take over the decision-making of an entire HYDROS collective, so your tank keeps running even if another device drops offline. Key features Eight individually controlled 120V AC outlets — switch pumps, powerheads, lights, heaters, skimmers, UV sterilizers, and more, with per-outlet power monitoring. Full HYDROS controller — capable of taking over intelligent decisions for the whole collective. Controls up to eight HYDROS WiFi devices — feeders, dosing pumps, additional power strips, and smart outlets. Two Command Bus ports — add redundant power and wired failsafe links to other controllers. Optical isolation between power and control circuitry for safety and reduced electrical noise. Yes. It's a full HYDROS brain with eight individually controlled AC outlets that can also manage up to eight HYDROS WiFi devices — no separate controller required. Can it run on 220V? Yes — it's universal voltage and works with both 110V and 220V. How does it pair with a monitoring controller? Many reefers link the XP8 with a Control X4 or X3 — the X-series handles sensing and probes while the XP8 switches AC power. That combination is sold ready-to-go as the X4 Pro Pack and X3 Pro Pack.
