Available for the HydroLogic SmallBoy, TallBoy, and BigBoy source water filters. About This Item: ChloraShield-Replacement Filter for HydroLogic Source Water Filters Why Upgrade to the ChloraShield Filter? Many cities add chloramine into the water supply as a sanitizer. While the standard included Coconut Carbon Filter removes 99% of chlorine, it doesn’t remove any chloramine. That’s why we recommend upgrading to the Chlorashield filter to replace the coconut carbon filter inside your HydroLogic source water filter if your city adds chloramine to your water. This filter ensures the full removal of chloramines, leading to optimal root zone health and fish-safe water.
