What it does: Refresh, revitalize, and deeply cleanse your Dry, Sensitive skin with our Hydro Cooling Toner. Invigorating Menthol boosts circulation, helping to bring oxygen to your skin’s surface and support the healing process. Antioxidant Prickly Pear Extract, a true miracle skin ingredient, is loaded with hydrating Linoleic Acid and skin-repairing Vitamin E.  How to use: Twice daily after cleansing, soak a cotton ball or pad with toner and gently apply to your face, neck, and chest, avoiding your eye area.
