Hydration 1500 Tablets

Product Description Not your one-size-fits-all hydration.  Performance Fuel and Hydration Tablets are low-calorie electrolyte tablets in different strengths to match how YOU sweat. PH 1500 is its most potent electrolyte product and is used by athletes aiming to stay hydrated and recover faster after very intense exercise in the heat. It’s also used by those who are heavy or salty sweaters. The Performance Fuel and Hydration Tablet enhances water absorption during physical exercise with its hypotonic formula (lower osmotic pressure than body fluids). How to Use PH 1500’s packaging refers to the sodium content in milligrams per liter. If you’ve had a sweat test or know your required sodium rate through experience, you can easily match the correct tablet dosage. But, if you haven’t had a test or don't know your sodium loss rate, or you’re comparing PH 1500 to other hydration products that show the sodium content per serving or bottle, here’s a guide for you: 1 tablet in a 16 oz bottle = 750 mg of sodium.
