Hydrangea Petticoat Valance

Our Hydrangea Petticoat Valance  is an RLF Home original, designed and fabricated in Connecticut by our team of expert craftspeople.  This fully-lined designer valance features a punchy hydrangea print over a coordinated striped underskirt, finished with a 3" rod pocket for use with continental, standard, or decorative rods. We recommend layering these gorgeous valances over our Hydrangea Panels for a luxuriously coordinated custom look.  This valance fits a window up to 48" wide when flat, or smaller windows when gathered. For larger windows, purchase a larger size or multiples to reach your desired width.   If you require a specific width, submit a Custom Inquiry and we will customize it for you! We recommend mounting your valance a few inches beyond the window frame. If you do, don’t forget to include those extra inches when determining which valance size to order! To calculate the optimal size for your window, refer to our helpful How to Measure a Window resource.
