Hydra-Flex Switchblade Quad Nozzle Excavation

Maximized Efficiency for Large-Scale Trenching The Hydra-Flex Switchblade Quad nozzle is specifically engineered for demanding hydro-excavation tasks, offering four 0-degree solid streams that deliver exceptional cutting power. This configuration enables operators to efficiently penetrate soil, making it particularly effective for large-scale trenching applications. The Quad's design ensures a broader cutting path, facilitating faster excavation with reduced water usage. Key Features: Four 0-Degree Solid Streams: The Quad's multiple streams provide enhanced impingement, allowing for rapid soil penetration and efficient material removal. Optimized for Trenching: The nozzle's linear flow path is ideally suited for creating wide trenches, improving productivity in large-area excavations. Durable Construction: Featuring a stainless steel housing and tungsten carbide wear surfaces, the Switchblade™ Quad is built to withstand harsh environments, ensuring longevity and consistent performance. Safety-Focused Design: A non-conductive urethane coating on the nozzle body safeguards operators and protects sensitive underground utilities during excavation. Interchangeable Nozzle Pills: Individual, replaceable, color-coded nozzle pills allow for quick adjustments to water flow rates and patterns, providing flexibility to adapt to varying soil conditions directly in the field. Incorporating the Hydra-Flex Switchblade™ Quad nozzle into your hydro-excavation equipment enhances operational efficiency, reduces water consumption, and delivers precise control for extensive trenching projects.
