Husqvarna DE 120 Dust Extractor

The Husqvarna DE 120 Dust Extractor is a heavy-duty, H-class canister dust extractor designed for concrete grinding, surface preparation, and demanding construction applications. Paired with floor grinders, hand grinders, shotblasters, and scarifiers, it provides reliable dry-dust containment on active jobsites. Built to handle coarse construction dust while meeting strict occupational health standards, the DE 120 combines portability with sustained suction. It is offered in three model configurations for different power and filtration requirements. Key Features and Benefits of the Husqvarna DE 120 HEPA Sealed Filtration: A HEPA filter certified to EN1822 sits inside a sealed filtration system, so fine dust stays contained and out of your breathing zone. H-Class Compliance: This dust extractor meets the latest H-class standards for heavy-duty usage, keeping you aligned with occupational health requirements for hazardous dust. Longopac Bagging System: The improved Longopac attachment system with a V-shaped tray lets you seal and swap dust bags quickly without releasing collected dust back into the air. Bag Change Indicator: A built-in indicator tells you when it's time to change the bag, so you don't lose suction from an overfilled container. Easy Filter Cleaning: Clean the filter with the press of a button, keeping downtime between tasks to a minimum. Portable Design: Onboard attachment points for hoses, wand, and floor tool let you store accessories directly on the extractor, so everything travels together between work areas. High Water Protection: The high water ingress protection rating allows you to clean and decontaminate the machine quickly and thoroughly after each job. E-Flow Technology: The e-flow system automatically adjusts airflow to extend filter life and reduce energy consumption by up to 30 percent (Standard and Battery Operated models only). 2,200-Watt Motor: The motor drives up to 241 CFM of airflow, keeping pace with high-output grinders and cutters without drop-off as filters load. Low Noise Operation: A maximum noise level of 78.6 dB keeps the work environment more comfortable for you and those around you. Choose the Right Configuration The DE 120 is offered in three configurations, each built around a different power source or filtration approach, so you can match the extractor to your jobsite conditions. Standard: This corded model DE 120 H runs on 110-120 volts at up to 19 amps, delivers suction up to 2.9 psi (airflow up to 241 CFM), and weighs 84.9 pounds. Embedded connectivity lets you monitor location, service status, and filter condition remotely. Battery Operated: Powered by Husqvarna's 94-volt PACE battery system, this cordless model DE 120 H Pace delivers suction up to 3.2 psi (airflow up to 241 CFM) without requiring grid power and weighs 89.9 pounds. Embedded connectivity is also included for remote monitoring. 3 Stage Filtration: This corded model DE 120 SH runs on 110-120 volts at up to 15 amps and delivers suction up to 2.9 psi (airflow up to 212 CFM). A dedicated 3-stage filtration system extends the intervals between filter cleanings, and the extractor weighs 84.9 pounds. Sylvane's Expert Take If you're a contractor or site manager running concrete grinders, scarifiers, or shotblasters on active jobsites, the Husqvarna DE 120 delivers H-class dust containment without forcing you to sacrifice portability. With three configurations to choose from, you can match power source and filtration to whatever the jobsite demands, whether that's corded continuous power, battery-powered cord-free flexibility, or 3-stage filtration for extended runtime between cleanings. The Longopac bagging system is a practical standout: you cut and seal each bag on the spot, so disposal stays fast and dust-free even during back-to-back tasks.
