Husqvarna Functional Forest Helmet 6-Pack 592752603 | Slip Ratchet | New

Husqvarna Functional Forest Helmet 6-Pack (Slip Ratchet) - Part # 592752603 | NewGenuine Husqvarna Functional forest helmet, part number 592752603, supplied as a six pack of complete helmet systems with the slip ratchet head adjustment. Each unit in the box is a full forest helmet with hard hat shell, mesh visor, ear muffs and sun peak, which makes this the practical way to outfit a whole crew or restock a shop in one order. ⚠ THIS IS SIX COMPLETE HELMETS, NOT A PARTS PACK Husqvarna catalogs 592752603 as the Functional helmet slip six pack. It contains six assembled forest helmets, not six suspensions and not six replacement slips. Husqvarna also sells this helmet as a single unit and in a wheel ratchet version under different part numbers, so order by part number rather than by product name. The neck guard is not included with these helmets.Specifications Part #: 592752603 Also Known As: HUS FUNCTIONAL HLMT -SLIP 6PK, Functional Forest Helmet 6-Pk Brand: Husqvarna Product Type: Forestry helmet system, bulk six pack Pack Quantity: 6 complete helmets Head Adjustment: Slip ratchet Shell Material: HDPE Head Protection Rating: Meets and exceeds ISEA / ANSI Z89.1-2014, Type I with Electrical Insulation, rated to Class E Hearing Protection: Ear muffs rated 24 dB NRR per ANSI S3.19-1974 Suspension: Six point textile suspension with three depth settings Visor: Nylon and metal mesh, raises and lowers Sweatband: Egyptian cotton core with porous polyurethane coating, pH neutral and dermatologically tested Condition: New What's Included 6 x Husqvarna Functional forest helmets, each consisting of: HDPE hard hat shell with six point textile suspension Nylon and metal mesh visor Ear muffs, adjustable vertically and sideways Sun peak Not included: neck guard, sold separately Key Features Head, Face and Hearing In One Unit Shell, mesh visor and ear muffs are supplied as one assembly, so a crew member has all three pieces on the same head harness instead of three separate items to lose. Class E Shell Class E is the ANSI Z89.1 electrical class, proof tested at 20,000 volts, and Type I covers impact to the top of the head. 24 dB NRR Ear Muffs The muffs carry a 24 dB Noise Reduction Rating tested under ANSI S3.19-1974, and they adjust both vertically and sideways so they seal against the head rather than resting on the jaw. Slip Ratchet Adjustment The slip ratchet version tightens by sliding the band, which is the simpler and more robust of the two Husqvarna adjustment styles. The wheel ratchet is a separate part number. Mesh Visor That Sheds Water The nylon and metal mesh screen keeps chips and brush off the face while letting rain run off instead of fogging. Six Pack Economics Husqvarna lists a single Functional forest helmet at about $70 at dealer level, so a factory six pack is the cheaper way to buy per head when you are equipping a crew. CompatibilityThese are standalone helmets and are not tied to any machine model. They are the Functional series, which is a different platform from the Husqvarna Technical forest helmet, so accessories are not interchangeable between the two lines without confirming the part number. Before ordering a replacement visor, suspension or neck guard, check the accessory against current Husqvarna literature for the Functional forest helmet rather than assuming a Technical part will fit. Why Buy OEM?A forest helmet is certified as a system. The ANSI Z89.1 Type I Class E rating and the 24 dB NRR figure apply to the factory combination of shell, suspension, visor mount and muff arms. Mixing in aftermarket muffs or a generic suspension leaves you with an assembly that no longer matches anything that was tested. Genuine Husqvarna helmets arrive with the moulded rating marks and the date stamp safety managers rely on to track service life. Confirm that a Type I Class E helmet and 24 dB of hearing attenuation are appropriate for your exposure before purchasing, and check the markings on the shell and the muff cups when the box arrives. Real world attenuation depends on fit, and a muff that is not sealed against the head will not deliver its rated NRR. Neck guards are not included.
