Hunter Green Velvet Underglaze is an emerald color that is vivid at cone 05, darkens to a deep blue-green at cone 5, and becomes slightly darker, developing a sheen at cone 10. A clear glaze deepens the color of the underglaze significantly at any temperature. Safety Warning Tableware producers must test all finished ware to establish dinnerware status, due to possible variations in firing temperature and contamination.
