Hummel (gun up)

The Hummel (gun up) miniature depicts the German self-propelled artillery vehicle with its 15 cm howitzer elevated, ready for long-range fire. This configuration highlights its primary role in indirect fire support on the battlefield. Based on a modified Panzer III/IV chassis, the vehicle offered mobility and heavy firepower, though its open-topped design left the crew vulnerable to overhead threats. It served effectively on various fronts during World War II. This is a fully assembled miniature model that requires no additional gluing or kit assembly. It arrives ready for use, featuring intricate details and precision modeling. It's printed as one unit and comes in the box ready for immediate use.
