Huma Plus Energy Gel

Sold individually   Hüma realized that sometimes athletes need additional electrolytes. So they added the PLUS gels to their lineup—doubling the amount of electrolytes in a single energy gel. The perfect way to replace sports drinks and other electrolyte replacements that aren't all-natural and don't taste as good.   SCIENTFIC FORMULATION Hüma exhaustively reviewed the scientific research and pestered sports nutritionists to get answers to the big questions: What are the ideal amounts per serving? What's the ideal ratio? And will this make you better looking? (Answer: maybe, if you're really dehydrated.) Once they had answers to what was needed, Hüma then applied the same obsessive focus on the question of how to source it.  REAL FOOD INGREDIENTS & 100% ALL-NATURAL Fruit. Sea Salt. Chia Seeds. They're as natural as you get, so you know they won't cause you stomach problems. Which is great, since these ingredients are fantastic all-natural  sources of Potassium, Sodium, and Magnesium—the electrolytes you need when you're crushing an endurance adventure. Hüma carefully tinkered with Hüma PLUS until it had the ideal ratio of each to provide you with peak natural performance, and then they released it into the wild.  With Hüma PLUS, you can kiss those sports drinks goodbye!  Ingredients: Grape Juice Concentrate, Brown Rice Syrup, Lemon Juice, Strawberry Puree, Water, Powdered Chia Seeds, Strawberry Concentrate, Sea Salt, Coconut Water Powder, Natural Caffeine Suggested Use: 1 Packet 15 minutes prior to exercise. 1 Packet every 30-45 minutes during exercise.
