Hub Axle Preload Tool

Don’t buy this. You don’t need it. Seriously. This little precision-machined tool plays an important role behind the scenes at White Industries. Our assembly team uses it to preload the bearings on every hub that leaves our Petaluma, California facility. We liked it so much, we decided it deserved a life beyond the assembly bench. It’s beautifully machined, anodized in black, and makes for a fun conversation piece wherever it ends up. Maybe it becomes a collectible. Maybe it’s the world’s most over-engineered napkin ring. Maybe it’s the perfect accessory for a Barbie™. We won’t tell you how to use it. Is it essential? Absolutely not. Is it made with the same precision and attention to detail as every White Industries component? Without question. Buy it because it makes you smile. Or don’t. We warned you.
