HTK Hard Plate

The Citizen Armor RF1 Level III Rifle Plate has been tested to NIJ 0101.07. This body armor system is rated to defeat multiple rounds of 7.62x51mm Steel Jacket NATO M80, 5.56x45mm M193 and 7.62x39mm Ball ammunition. Weighing only 2.8 lbs., this armor plate sets a new standard for body armor level III protection. It's use of Ultra-high Molecular-Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) allows for full, multi-hit protection without the weight and risk of ricochet and flying fragments traditionally associated with steel plates. Anyone who depends on superior protection in the most dangerous situations can depend on the strength, ease of mobility and quality of this Level III stand-alone rifle plate. This plate will fit in our Light Tactical and SHTF Tactical.  It will also fit most other plate carriers.  Product Details: Stand Alone Body Armor 7 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty Single-Curve  SAPI Cut 2.8 lbs.  Less than 1” thick (includes Trauma reduction padding) UHMWPE Polyethylene 600 Denier Water Resistant Cover Positive Buoyancy Trauma reduction technology  Copy of 3rd Party Testing Results: Oregon Ballistic Labs
