The UV curing method uses light instead of heat for curing and this enables the ink to harden instantly. The UV curing method is better than the traditional solvent-based curing as it does not release harmful solvents while evaporating. UV curing gives better productivity and greater printing quality. Used extensively in the printing industry to cure inks and coatings, the UV lamps resist smudges. All lamp bulbs from CureUV undergo stringent quality checks.
