Sultan Solid

Let your creativity flow with Sultan Solid: a stunning cotton cake yarn that brings soft texture and rich, even colour to every stitch. Sultan Solid is made from 100% pure, soft cotton and features the same unique construction of 4 untwisted strands as the original Sultan. Sultan Solid comes in a single, uniform colour throughout the entire cake. Perfect for when you want a consistent look or a solid base. It is also the perfect companion to the gradient Sultan cakes: use it for borders, sleeves, accents, or to extend a project if you run out of a matching colour. The shades have been carefully selected to coordinate beautifully with the original Sultan range. The colour palette covers all the essentials: from soft pastels and elegant neutrals to more vivid and playful tones. Whether used on its own or paired with a gradient cake, Sultan Solid offers endless versatility and creative potential. Its construction gives the yarn a light, airy drape and makes it especially suited for projects where flow and movement matter. Such as shawls, afghans, baby blankets, and summery garments. With a generous 400 metres per 100-gram cake, most shawls and scarves can be completed with just one cake. It is a perfect match for those who love large, continuous pieces with minimal ends to weave in. Sultan Solid is your go-to yarn for elegant, refined standalone pieces with a smooth, beautiful finish. The yarn is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified (no. 2276-367). Find more information about the certification at https://www.oeko-tex.com/en/ Pro tip: Before you start working on the Sultan Solidcake, run all 4 treads through a small bead to help the threads stay together throughout the project. If you like to start working with the cake from the center, make sure to put something in the middle so that the cake does not collapse on itself. NB: We have done our utmost to match Sultan Solid and Sultan. Still, there might be very slight differences. Even though Sultan Solid comes in solid colors, knots might still occur due to the nature of the fibers it is made out of.
