Hoya Retusa

Hoya retusa, commonly known as the Grass Leaf Hoya, is a unique and elegant succulent vine native to Southeast Asia. Its slender, elongated leaves give it a distinctive appearance, making it a prized addition to any indoor plant collection. Light Needs: Hoya retusa thrives in bright, indirect light. It can tolerate some morning or late afternoon direct sunlight, but avoid prolonged exposure to intense sunlight, which can scorch its leaves. Water Needs: Water your Hoya retusa thoroughly when the top inch of the soil feels dry to the touch. Allow excess water to drain away, as they are susceptible to root rot if overwatered. During winter, reduce watering frequency as the plant enters a dormant phase. Humidity Needs: Maintain moderate to high humidity levels for optimal growth. Mist the leaves occasionally, especially during dry indoor conditions or in winter when indoor air tends to be drier.
