How To Build Resilience Handouts Bundle (12 Pages)

Resilience, the ability to adapt well in the face of stress or adversity, is not just a trait some people are born with — it can be developed and strengthened over time. Studies have repeatedly found that people with greater resilience are less likely to experience mental health issues, regardless of their background. The How To Build Resilience Handouts Bundle is a 12-page resource that helps clients strengthen their ability to bounce back from life’s challenges. It includes individual handouts dedicated to different evidence-based strategies for building resilience, such as problem-solving, goal-focused thinking, celebrating small wins, and more. Each handout provides simple, actionable steps that clients can easily apply in their daily lives. Children and teenagers can benefit from the bundle, as it helps them develop essential life skills. When using the handouts, we recommend introducing one concept at a time and giving them a chance to practice it in real-life situations. Having regular conversations about these strategies will encourage reflection. In the classroom, you can use a handout as part of a small group discussion to teach resilience in a supportive way. *This item is an instant digital download.
