The Houston top is a white rayon gauze blouse that was vintage inspired. The blouse has lace detail around the arm and gathering at the cuff with a lace elastic trim. The top has ruffles around the neckline and the bottom hem. It ties in the center front with a drawstring for a loose and easy fit. The fabric drapes beautifully and it is super breathable.
