Hot Honey Pork Sausage

PORK HOT HONEY- Heat and sweet- it's a classically good combo.  For this sausage we use local honey, fresh herbs and plenty of paprika and cayenne pepper to create one of our most asked for sausages!  It's a knockout!  Medium- Hot spice level. Sausages are sold- linked; packaged 4 per package.  Made in all natural pork casings Package Weights are as follows:  •Medium Package- up to 1 lbs  •Large Package- 1-1.3 lbs   INGREDIENTS: Pork, salt, black pepper, honey, cayenne and spices.
