Hot Box

Add-On details: Flipping Grate The Hot Box is a direct heat cooker, perfect for a backyard, catering, or restaurant environment. Two large fire box doors give the user plenty of access to work the coals. It is designed to be easily cleaned-out. We offer 3 different grate options for a variety of proteins and techniques. This unit is built on sturdy 8" locking casters, and is constructed out of mild steel. The Hot Box comes standard with: Box: 58" Wide x 37" Deep. Overall depth with handle and hinges: 46". Height: 60". Two vents on each side. Three 4" diameter smokestacks with adjustable dampers (9) 33" Round bars (2) 32" x 22" Expanded metal cooking grates with handles 1 Tel-Tru thermometer Optional Add-Ons Include: Flipping Grate - Ideal for small whole animals (suckling pig, goat, lamb, chicken), which can be secured between the two grates for an easy flipping process with two people.  44" x 31.5"  Each Hot Box is made-to-order. Please allow for a lead-time of 12 weeks. Shipping is not included in the purchase price. Once complete, the Hot Box can be picked up at our shop in Lockhart, TX free of charge. The Hot Box can also be shipped on a pallet. All shipping and handling fees will be invoiced separately near the completion date. We can provide a shipping and handling quote upon request.
