Inspired by the changing of the seasons in Japan during Momosé's childhood, the custom gin botanicals include Sakura for spring, Sansho for summer, Hojicha for autumn, and Yuzu for winter. The Martini lifts off with a pleasant pop of citrus, then gives way to an elegant botanical display with refined florality, a round mouth-feel, and a clean finish.
