Horned Helmet Shell, Small

The Buccellati family has produced the world’s finest silver since 1919, when they founded their jewelry house in Milan. Among their exquisite decorative wares are these shells, created by nature and meticulously hand embellished with sterling silver. The masterful plating technique dates well back in Buccellati history, but the effect is bold, sculptural and timeless. Founded by Mario Buccellati in 1919 in Milan — and family owned to this day — Buccellati produces fine jewelry, jeweled objects and silver that are synonymous with tradition, creativity and skill. Prized for their classic beauty, their creations have graced royal houses from Italy to Egypt, as well as the Vatican. Natural seashell; hand coated in sterling silver. Handmade in Italy. 6 1/2" long x 5 1/2" high. Each shell is unique. Wipe clean with soft, dry cloth.
