This pack solves the ground blind hauling problem that every serious blind hunter has dealt with, putting everything into one organized, comfortable load that you can actually carry without looking like you just looted a sporting goods store.   The main compartment swallows your full-size ground blind and chair while the integrated gear gripper on the side locks down your gun or bow so it rides stable and secure on the trail. The dedicated accessory pocket is sized right for all the hardware that comes with a serious blind setup including stakes, hand saws, clippers, and the miscellaneous small gear that tends to disappear into the bottom of whatever bag you threw it in. Elastic bungee cords on the exterior let you lash down decoys or extra clothing layers without cramming them inside and wasting valuable space.   Horn Hunter built the Blind Hog with a padded back panel, padded hip belt, and padded shoulder strap suspension because comfort over distance actually matters when you are carrying a full blind rig through the timber at zero-dark-thirty. The dual compression strap panels pull the entire load tight and close to your body so nothing is swinging loose or throwing off your balance on uneven ground. Whether you are packing into a field edge on public land or hiking a half mile back to your favorite funnel spot, this pack handles the carry so you can focus on the hunt.   Check Out The Full Lineup Of Horn Hunter Gear   Horn Hunter Hunting Gear   Why Hunters Love It   Ground blind hunting has a gear problem that rifle hunters and tree stand hunters do not always have to deal with. You are carrying more stuff, more bulk, and more awkward shapes over real distance, and doing it quietly in the dark while trying not to break something or leave half your gear behind. The Blind Hog is one of those products that hunters pick up and immediately think, someone finally figured this out. It is not a generic bag with a strap slapped on it. It is a pack that was designed around the actual physical reality of what blind hunters carry, how they carry it, and how they set up in the field.   The padded suspension system and load compression make a real difference when you have a full-size blind, a chair, decoys, and all your gear loaded up. At a price point that does not require a second mortgage, the Blind Hog delivers the kind of purpose-built utility that keeps hunters coming back to Horn Hunter season after season. If you are done improvising a solution every time you head to your blind, this pack is the answer.   Frequently Asked Questions   Will the Blind Hog Pack fit a full-size hub-style ground blind? Yes, the Blind Hog Pack is designed specifically to carry a full-size ground blind along with a chair and additional gear in a single organized load. Most standard hub-style blinds in their carry bags will fit inside the main compartment. If you are running an oversized or XL blind model, check the packed dimensions of your specific blind against the pack before purchasing.   Can I carry both a gun and a bow with this pack at the same time? The gear gripper side system is designed to secure either a gun or a bow, but it is not set up to carry both simultaneously. Most hunters are carrying one or the other depending on season, so the single gripper covers the real-world use case well. You can also use the external bungee cords to help stabilize longer items.   Is the hip belt on the Blind Hog adjustable for different waist sizes? The padded hip belt is designed to adjust and provide load-transferring support during the carry. Horn Hunter builds their packs to fit a wide range of body types, and the hip belt and shoulder straps both adjust to dial in a comfortable fit. For the best carry experience, adjust the shoulder straps first and then snug the hip belt so the weight sits on your hips rather than hanging on your shoulders.   How many decoys can I haul with the Blind Hog Pack? The external elastic bungee cord system is designed to lash down multiple decoys on the outside of the pack, and the volume you can carry will depend on the size and profile of your specific decoys. Turkey hunters running a few foam or flocked decoys or waterfowl hunters with smaller collapsible dekes will find the system handles the load well. Full-body life-size deer decoys will be more of a balancing act depending on their packed size.   Is the Blind Hog Pack waterproof or water resistant? Horn Hunter does not spec the Blind Hog as a fully waterproof pack, but the materials are built to handle field conditions and light weather. For early season hunts in morning dew or a light drizzle, the pack will hold up fine. If you are hunting in heavy rain or wet conditions regularly, using a pack rain cover over the top is a good habit to protect gear stored inside.   What makes the Blind Hog Pack different from just using a duffel bag or a generic large pack? Generic bags and duffels were not designed around the specific combination of gear a ground blind hunter carries. The Blind Hog has dedicated organization including the accessory pocket for hardware, the side gear gripper for your firearm or bow, the external bungee system for decoys, and compression straps to hold a large unwieldy load stable. A duffel gets the job done the same way a rubber boot works as a hammer. It technically works, but you will notice the difference immediately when you use the right tool.
