Hopzoil MAJIK® - Centennial

Liquid Dry-Hopping made easy! Put a WOW in your beer with Hopzoil MAJIK® - Centennial. Each 1ml bottle includes enough to hop up to 6 gallons of beer. An easy and cost effective way to bring the full flavor of hops to your next homebrew! The Flavor - Centennial The flavor include an intense citrus/lemon and floral aromatic profile. Like Centennial pellets, only more freshly intense. What is Hopzoil? Hopzoil starts with fresh, wet hops straight from the field at harvest time. Our unique process captures all of the aromatic and volatile oils of ripe hops through steam distillation—no chemicals, no solvents, just steam. The result is a pure and potent essential oil, which we then emulsify to make water soluble. A clear, water-soluble emulsification designed to be dosed directly into a beverage. Hopzoil MAJIK® may appear slightly cloudy in concentration, but is clear in beer. Extended shelf-life in beer has been documented up to 3 to 5 times longer vs. pellets. Just like magic.
