Built for a burrower Dachshunds were bred to dig and tunnel, and yours has probably turned every blanket in the house into a den. The Hooded Dachshund Donut Bed gives that instinct a place to go. The shaggy hood drapes over the top like a blanket that never slides off, so your pup can wriggle underneath, tuck in and stay covered all night. Warm where it matters A low-slung sausage dog lives close to the floor, and cold floors mean cold bellies. The plush cushion and the fur-lined hood hold in body heat, which is exactly what a short-legged doxie wants once the temperature drops. The raised rim doubles as a pillow for that classic chin-on-the-edge nap. Looks as good as it feels The quilted checkerboard wall is a step up from the usual plain dog bed. Pick green, gray or pink to match the room and let the long faux fur do the rest. Your Dach will look like a little hot dog tucked into a very fancy bun. The right size for the right doxie Three sizes cover the whole family. S suits puppies and miniatures, M fits most standard dachshunds curled up, and L gives a big boy or a stretch-out sleeper room to sprawl. When in doubt, go one size up: a doxie will always find a way to fill the space.
