Honor Yourself Silk Bracelets

“Attention. Attention. Attention.” There is an ancient Zen story about a master advising his student that the secret of life is attention, or awareness, and our busy minds need more than one reminder. When I look at the three beads on my bracelet, I think “attention, attention, attention.” The repeated word reminds me to come into the present and be aware of what I feel, see, smell, taste and hear. Practicing presence is an important part of honoring oneself, because cultivating awareness helps us live in alignment with our values. The Honor Yourself Silk bracelet comes in three silk colors: sky, rose or terracotta. Choose silver or gold beads. Each bracelet comes mounted on a card printed with the message, “honor yourself.” Adjusts from 5 3/4” to 7 3/4” length Silk cord Sterling silver or 14k gold fill beads and clasp
